1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at anitas.kitchen or placing an order with us, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Service Overview

Anita's Kitchen provides home-cooked, hyper-local meal delivery services within Gurgaon. We offer both single-meal trial purchases and recurring VIP daily subscriptions. Our operations are governed by our commitment to zero food wastage, meaning meals are cooked strictly to order based on advance notice.

3. WhatsApp Communication & Community

By purchasing a trial meal or subscribing to our VIP service, you consent to being contacted via WhatsApp. This includes:

• Transactional updates (order confirmations, delivery tracking links).
• Addition to our VIP WhatsApp Community/Broadcast list (for subscribers) to participate in daily menu polls.
• You may opt-out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional messages regarding active orders cannot be disabled.

4. Payments & Autopay Mandates

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.

• Trial Orders: Billed immediately as a one-time transaction.
• Subscriptions: By enrolling in the VIP Subscription, you authorize Razorpay to set up a recurring Autopay mandate on your selected payment method. You will be billed daily based on your selected meal frequency. You may pause or cancel this mandate at any time, subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our kitchen operates on a strict zero-waste philosophy, same-day cancellations are not permitted. All cancellations or subscription pauses must be communicated a day prior to delivery. Please refer to our Refunds & Cancellation Policy for complete details.

6. Limitations of Liability

Anita's Kitchen takes extreme care in preparing meals using high-quality ingredients. However, we cannot guarantee that our kitchen environment is 100% free of specific allergens (such as nuts, dairy, or gluten). By ordering from us, you acknowledge and accept any associated dietary risks.

In no event shall Anita's Kitchen or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our delivery services, including delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

7. Modifications to Service and Prices

Prices for our meals are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
