1. The Zero-Waste Philosophy
At Anita's Kitchen, we do not operate like a commercial cloud kitchen. We do not use frozen bases or mass-produced, reheated ingredients. Every meal is cooked completely fresh in precise, small batches based on the exact number of orders we receive for the day. Because of this commitment to quality and our strict "zero food wastage" policy, our cancellation rules are firmly enforced.
2. 100% Prepaid Orders
To secure your portion of the daily batch and to ensure our delivery partners can operate smoothly, all orders—both single Trial meals and VIP Subscriptions—are strictly prepaid. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.
3. The "Day Before" Cancellation Window
If you need to cancel a one-time order, or if you are a subscriber who needs to pause delivery for a specific day, you must notify us a day before the scheduled delivery.
- Eligible for Refund/Pause: Notice given before our daily cutoff time (typically 8:00 PM) on the day prior to your delivery. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method or credit the paused day back to your subscription cycle.
- Not Eligible for Refund: Cancellations made on the actual day of delivery. By the morning of your delivery, your ingredients have been sourced, and your food is already being prepped or cooked. Cancelling at this stage leads directly to food wastage, and the order will be charged in full.
4. Subscriptions & Autopay Cancellations
If you are on an active VIP Subscription, you can cancel your recurring mandate at any time through our WhatsApp support. However, the same "Day Before" rule applies to the immediate upcoming meal. If you cancel your subscription on the morning of a delivery, you will receive that day's meal, and the billing will be stopped for all subsequent days.
5. Merchant Fault Exceptions
We take absolute pride in our food. However, if there is a severe error on our end—such as a missed delivery due to a logistics failure, or an objective issue with the quality of the meal—please reach out to us immediately upon receiving the order. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, issue a full replacement or a refund within 5-7 business days.
6. Contact Us for Changes
To cancel an order, pause your subscription, or report an issue, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email. Providing your registered phone number will help us process the request faster.
