Anita's Kitchen • Hyperlocal Dispatch Policy

1. Our Hyperlocal Focus

Because we prioritize freshness and the true "home-cooked" experience, Anita's Kitchen operates on a strictly hyperlocal delivery model within Gurgaon. We do not use traditional courier services; instead, we partner with specialized, on-demand local fleets (such as Porter, Borzo, and Swiggy Genie) to ensure your food goes straight from our kitchen to your table.

2. Delivery Zones & Fees

Delivery viability and costs are determined by your distance from our kitchen in Madan Puri, Sector 7:

  • The Hot Zone (Within 10km): Orders within this radius are prioritized. Food will arrive piping hot. Standard third-party delivery rates apply for trial orders. VIP Subscribers automatically receive 70% OFF these standard delivery fees.
  • Extended Zone (Outside 10km): We *can* deliver to you, but please note that a slightly higher delivery surcharge will apply due to the extended distance. Depending on traffic, food may require a quick reheat upon arrival.

3. Delivery Timings

To guarantee that our ingredients are prepped fresh daily, we dispatch orders during specific meal windows. When subscribing or ordering, you will select your preferred time slot:

  • Morning / Breakfast
  • Afternoon / Lunch
  • Evening / High Tea
  • Night / Dinner

For VIP Subscribers, your meal will be reliably dispatched within your chosen window every day. For one-time Trial Orders placed during an active window, we aim to prep, pack, and hand off your meal to a delivery rider within 30 minutes.

4. Live Tracking

Once your meal is packed and handed over to the delivery partner, you will receive a tracking link directly to your registered WhatsApp number. You can monitor the rider's progress in real-time until it reaches your door.

5. Failed Deliveries & Unreachable Customers

Because we deliver highly perishable, freshly cooked food, our riders can only wait at the delivery location for a maximum of 10 minutes. If the rider cannot reach you via phone, or if the provided address is incorrect/inaccessible, the delivery will be marked as failed.

In the event of a failed delivery caused by customer unavailability, no refunds will be issued, and the meal will not be redelivered. Please ensure your contact number is accurate and accessible during your chosen delivery window.

6. Weather & Force Majeure

Our priority is always the safety of our delivery partners. During extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, severe fog), city-wide traffic disruptions, or other unforeseen events, delivery times may be extended. In rare cases where delivery becomes impossible, we will inform you immediately via WhatsApp and issue a full refund for that specific meal, or credit it to your next subscription cycle.
